Manifesto 10....

We will stand as a movement for our generation. We are in the throes of a reformation. No longer will we tolerate the status quo of oppressive leadership. No longer will we accept training under submission without love, trust and evidence of grace filled leadership. We are in training for abundance like never before. We expect to be powerful and humble in abundant living. We will cultivate an environment that gets rid of external controls while encouraging self-control and freedom. ....

I believe we are experiencing an uprising of passionate servant leaders that are on fire for the truth, impacting the world and living authentically. A movement of people that do not follow man but follow the truth. We will empower people to break free of the bondage of approval addiction. We have learned that there is trouble ahead if you live only for the approval of others. Popularity contests are not truth contests. Our task is to be true not popular. What good would it do to get everything you want and lose yourself? The real you!! It’s who you are, not what you say and do that counts. Your true being eventually brims over into true words and deeds. Muslims believe that the most important thing we have is our thoughts. Thoughts are generated by input so be aware of everything you are filling your mind with. Our thoughts ultimately lead to everything we say and do! ....

I want to encourage people to know that it is the size of your heart that matters not the size of your hand. Measure your efforts by the heart factor not the resulting numbers. It is so easy to get caught up in the tangible reality of growth by profits or measurable outcomes. But, you will find peace by resting in the glory of knowing you have served mankind and trusting in God for the results. My Yoga instructor Sais “the opportunity for change exists in the posture, but the change will be realized in the savasna”. Translated; this means that the resistance of the posture creates an opportunity for your body to heal and strengthen, but that result does not happen until you rest. I believe this is the case for all things in our life. It is the resistance and struggle in life that draws us closer to the truth. This self-realization is often only found when we are quiet in our mind and rest in that place where we can hear the voice of God that will lead us to revelation. ....

.. ..

“Love your enemies; let them bring out the best in you not the worst”. I believe the best in you is grace and love! I believe the more we can embrace those that are different the greater our light will shine. Our worse would be to fight, judge or hate! It is easy to see a smudge on your neighbors face and be oblivious to the sneer on our own. Our best would be to be patient and love them anyways. Be easy on people, you’ll find life a lot easier on you. Give life away, you’ll find life given back. We will teach to help and give without expecting a return. Ask yourself what you want others to do for you then take the initiative and do it for them. Who needs a doctor the healthy or the sick? Then let’s focus on helping the hurting soul of the universe and all those that live in it. ....

Transformation is a renewing of the mind!....

My prayer is that this manifesto has awakened your spirit and encouraged your heart. I am committed to building a culture of honor that develops deep relationships and emphasizes unlimited freedom. We must be the torchbearers that pass this beacon of hope to the next generation of incredible leaders. ....

We all have the authority and power to change our lives forever! We have the ability to dream and the opportunity to study and reinvent the minds that lead our bodies.....

Vision starts with identity and purpose. Through revelation in our identity we can think with divine purpose. The tragedy of a weakened identity manifests in the approach to our personal development and the expectations of our potential!! ....

The time is now! I want to help you develop passion, courage, faith and action to claim our birthright of prosperity and peace. ....

If you don’t change the way you perceive things you wont change your perspective of what’s possible. Reality seems to dictate our expectations. If you alter your reality/perception you change what you believe is possible. ....

If we were in fact created in the image of a God that loves us we should learn to rest in that ability not our ability! Therefore, there are no limits to what we can do and how many we can impact with our lives. ....

Faith is the mirror of our hearts that reflect the realities of an unseen world. We must learn to see from the heart! As we begin to see with our heart we will see with purity of purpose. People who see with their eyes call themselves realists but what it does is fill them with unbelief because they are so limited by their site. The unfortunate result of unbelief is that it is able to fulfill its own expectations. Unbelief is safe and almost always gets what it expects. Faith is not the absence of doubt but the presence of belief. I may not always have great faith but I can always act on what I believe is true and what I feel called to do! I want to help you develop the desire to obey the calling in your heart. It is our faith that connects us to what is available with the circumstances at hand. Faith takes what is available and makes it actual. Faith allows us to see with the heart and bring it to life for those who lack belief. ....

My Manifesto – Part 9....

.. ..

Although we are small, we are passionate. We will be noticed because we will stand out in a world of sleep walkers. Just a little bit of change and initiative can generate attention. What’s funny is that the organizations that need innovation the most are the ones that do the most to stop it from happening. I hope to create a vacuum that will call people to change and innovation. An environment that is both respectful and safe. Change will be our constant. ....

There is a small price to pay for changing too early but there is a huge price for changing too late. If you hear our ideas and don’t believe them, it’s ok, we are patient and understanding. If you attend our meetings and don’t leave more educated and inspired, it is our fault and we will change them. If we fail to enable and equip you to make money we will work even harder for you because this is our covenant. It would be very easy to blame “YOU” when you don’t grow or make the money you desired when you got involved. It is easy to say you didn’t try hard enough, or you didn’t pay attention and care enough about your dream to really make it happen. But we won’t! This isn’t helpful or kind and we refuse to make others the scapegoat for our lack of ability to reach you. I am dedicated to find the answers and provide an environment that truly equips and surrounds people with the knowledge and emotions that build your confidence and peaceful spirits. Caring is the key emotion at the center of our cause.....

I believe that leaders challenge the status quo. I believe it is our responsibility to create a culture around our passions and involve as many people as possible in this journey. I have found that leaders commit to a vision and make decisions based on that commitment. Once that commitment is made, a true leader connects other leaders to this vision. ....

I am called to help the silent victims of the world; the children that so few people stand up for. I am committed for the rest of my life to help as many of these children as possible. I am also committed to those that feel a calling in their life to do something significant. I will use my time, talent, testimony and resources to equip leaders to stand up and reach out. I am called to finish what I started nearly a quarter century ago. I will not set back and idly watch people struggle and fail in this business any longer. It is my calling to do everything I can to assist them. I am willing to risk favor and fortune to help my friends live their dreams and fulfill their deepest desires.....

Remarkable visions and genuine insight are always met with resistance. I am sure that as we begin to make progress we will be met with even stronger resistance. The forces of mediocrity will align to stop us, pointing out every error and doubting every claim of growth. But I will not back down nor lose heart. For my battle is not with them nor is my heart ill of their assaults. I am committed to peacefully move forward in the direction of love and prosperity. In a good way I am grateful for the resistance because without someone pushing against our quest it is unlikely to be worth the journey at all. If there is no resistance it would mean that we are so much alike and therefore no reason for any separation or change. I find great peace in the conflict! Part of leadership is the ability to stick with the dream for long enough that the critics begin to realize that you are going to get there one way or another. ....
